1. Prices and Payment

1.1 Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our website and in the editor. Classic has 20 pages and Grand has 40 pages. You can switch a book from Classic to Grand in the editor, and the updated price is shown before you order. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Delivery within India is free.

1.2 Payment

We accept payment through our payment gateway, Razorpay, including credit and debit cards, UPI (including apps such as Google Pay), net banking and wallets, as offered at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

All transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials. Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy govern the payment processing.

1.3 Promo Codes

Only one promo or discount code can be used per order. If the order total changes after a code is applied, the code may be removed and need to be applied again.

2. Order Process

2.1 Placing an Order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You need to sign in with a Google account to create and order a book. An order is complete when you have: (a) designed your photobook using our editor, (b) reviewed and confirmed your design, (c) provided a valid delivery address, and (d) completed payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

2.2 Order Review Period

You have 2 hours from the time of order confirmation to email hello@pixelgram.in with changes to your book or a cancellation request. After this window, your order will be sent for printing and no changes can be made. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed, so please check it before you pay.

2.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of the photographs you upload
• Reviewing your photobook preview, including photo placement, layout, text, and colour selection, before confirming your order
• Ensuring you have the right to use all photographs included in your photobook (see Section 6)

The editor flags photos that are low resolution and may print blurry. Pixelgram prints exactly what you submit. Errors in your design — including blurry photos, incorrect text, or unintended layouts — are not eligible for a reprint unless there is a verified production error on our part.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partner, Delhivery. The editor checks whether your PIN code is serviceable when you enter your address. Delivery is free on every order.

• Estimated delivery: within 12 days of order confirmation. During peak seasons and public holidays, delivery can take up to 15 days
• We email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched
• We do not currently ship outside India or to PO boxes. Please give a full street address
• Each order ships to one address. To send books to several people, place a separate order for each recipient
• Books ship in a protective box. We never put an invoice or price inside, so you can send a book directly to someone as a gift

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control, including public holidays, weather, and courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.

4. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

4.1 Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every Pixelgram photobook. If your book arrives with a manufacturing defect — including binding failures, incorrect pages, print errors, or physical damage caused in transit — we will reprint and redeliver your book at no additional charge.

4.2 How to Claim

To raise a quality claim:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@pixelgram.in
• Include clear photographs of the defect and your order number
• We will review your claim within 3 business days and confirm whether a reprint is warranted

4.3 Limitations

The following are not eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Design errors made by the customer — including low-resolution photos, incorrect text, or unintended layout choices — where the book was printed as designed
• Colour differences where the printed book matches the design file. We do not retouch or colour-correct your photos; we convert them to a print-ready colour profile, and a small shift between screen and paper is normal
• Cancellation requests made after the 2-hour window following order confirmation
• Damage caused by the customer after delivery

4.4 Refunds

Apart from cancellations within the 2-hour window (Section 5), refunds are issued only in cases where a reprint is not possible (for example, if we are unable to reproduce the original order due to a technical error on our part). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Because each photobook is a personalised product produced to your specific design, we are unable to accept returns on the basis of preference change.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of order confirmation by emailing hello@pixelgram.in with your order number. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. After the 2-hour window, your order will have been sent to production and cannot be cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property and Your Content

6.1 Your Photographs

By uploading photographs to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photographs, or have the explicit permission of the copyright owner to use them for the purpose of creating a photobook
• The photographs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law
• You have the consent of any identifiable individuals appearing in the photographs

6.2 Storage and Deletion of Your Photographs

Photos you add to a project are stored in your account so the editor can autosave your work. You can delete a project, and every photo uploaded to it, from the editor.

To ensure data privacy and maintain system security, all photographs and finalised design files for an ordered book are permanently deleted from our servers 15 business days after the successful delivery of your order. After that, the book can no longer be previewed, reprinted or reordered.

6.3 Our Licence from You

By uploading your photographs and placing an order, you grant Pixelgram a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use your photographs solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your photobook. We do not claim ownership of your photographs and will not use them for any other purpose, including marketing, without your explicit written consent. Only you can see your projects; a Pixelgram team member opens a project only if you ask us for support.

6.4 Pixelgram’s Intellectual Property

All content on pixelgram.in and app.pixelgram.in, including text, design, graphics, logos, editor software, and brand assets, is the property of Pixelgram and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to create photobooks containing:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Content depicting or glorifying violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Content that violates any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory

We reserve the right to reject any order that, in our sole judgement, contains prohibited content. In such cases, no refund will be issued for content that is clearly illegal or violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Pixelgram’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order to which the claim relates
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services
• We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or any business interruption

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixelgram, its partners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, or (d) any content you submit through our platform.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixelgram with respect to the subject matter herein
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent
